Shakespeare y compañía

“Shakespeare y compañía” traces the life and work of William Shakespeare, focusing on the years the playwright shared with his company, the Lord Chamberlain’s Men, in the London of 1600, after building The Globe: a theatre made by actors and for actors.

An ode to creation and friendship set in thrilling Elizabethan London, using metatheatre to build bridges between two eras and two companies — Shakespeare’s and Jessica Walker’s — in tribute to the world of theatre.

Premiered in April 2021 at the Nave-Teatro Laboratorio.
